Summary:
This study was set up to evaluate stack emissions at the hot mix facility.  Seven materials were included: (a) Control, (b)
RAP, (c) Wet rubber, (d) Dry rubber, (e) Rubber RAP, (f) Wet rubber and Rubber RAP, (g) Control with Hard Asphalt
Cement.  The report was submitted to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources for review.  No crumb rubber
projects will proceed in Michigan until the review is complete.
