Summary:
At the request of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Mathy
Environmental conducted stack emission tests on Mathy Plant #60 in Genoa, Wisconsin during hot-mix asphalt
production for the HWY 35 project from Desoto to Genoa.  The test purpose was to compare stack emissions from
hot-mix asphalt production, using virgin aggregate and recycled rubber pavement in separate mix designs.  The points
of interest were the influence of the recycled rubber pavement on particulate emissions, including condensable, and
total non-methane organic emissions.
